GoPro 45deg adapter

I guess you can accomplish a 45deg turn on a mount through a series of adapters, but I always wanted one of these. I have a GoPro mount on the front of my skateboard, but I want it to point at 45deg for video my dog pulling me. If I use multiple adapters, the footage gets really unstable.
