Water filter for 79-85x138mm media

Wanted to create a water filter for an indoor water feature. The water became cloudy too fast and I had these common size filters for the pet fountain which are a trapezoid 138mm high and 79/85mm on the opposite sides. This enclosure is not water tight only guiding the water through the filter. Since the filter is inside the water feature, it can leak without negative effects.
