Motor housing to be glued to exhaust section once fan and motor are installed.
Fan is tight to install, and will ever so slightly catch on initial spool up.The fan should be allowed to gently wear itself in at low RPM for a few minutes, or until the noise goes. Upon RPM increase, it may catch again, but this will soon disappear. There needs to be a tight tolerance to achieve a high efficiency.
Don't skimp on the infill settings. The last thing you want is it breaking up at 20,000RPM's!
