Scooter Charger Cooling Stand

I own 3 electric scooters and they all basically use the same form factor of charging brick which gets pretty hot and has no fan or other cooling to speak of. I normally put a 120 mm case fan in front of the brick when I'm charging my scooter but it seems to an ineffective way to cool it as it mostly hits a single side and the brick gets hot on the sides that don't get much airflow.
