Bowden Cutter For No.10 Scalpel Blades

This jig helps cut bowden tubes as perfectly perpendicular as possible. It's been design to be used with a no.10 scalpel blade.

The designed blade gap is 0.55mm whilst my blades measure at 0.4mm wide, and the bowden tube guide is 4.4mm - as I usually get an internal expansion of 0.2mm this gives a snug fit for both the blade and the tube. There's a ridge under which the tip of the blade fits, so you just push down on the handle end of the blade.
