Blue Pill Base

A base to stop an STM32F103 board (Blue Pill) from skating across the bench and shorting out. Normally the header pins would be on the bottom of the board. To use this you need to solder them so they stick up in the air. This makes it very easy to plug the jumper wires on to connect to other boards.
