This is a battery alignment holder for the 4-Port Battery Parallel Charging Charger Board (See other pic) that is readily available from Ebay etc.
The circuit board slides into the holder through the slim channels to the back. Line up with the arrows on the 3D print in-between the lines on the circuitboard. The circuitboard will hold on its own without glue etc if you prise the 3D prin
