One Piece Ball and Socket with Nut

This is a remix. I updated and commented SCHEMENKE's OpenSCAD code and made some modifications. After a fair amount of tinkering I didn't make any major changes to the basic design of the ball and socket.

The primary change was to make the Ball & Socket, Shaft, and Nut all one piece. After printing this as a 0.2mm height, the shaft and nut separate easily with a quick push.

I also made the thread a little smaller (pitch 3 instead of 4) and the grips a little larger.
