A simple case to protect a NodeMCU board and a relay from a short circuit in my PC. Allows me to turn on my PC remotely by the relay acting as an alternative Power switch. The program of the NodeMCU board connects to my local MQTT broker. By publishing a message the relay triggers for a second. I do use OpenHAB to define rules and with the simple amazon dash binding the PC powers on every time I press an amazon dash Button.
