BondTech Mini Extruder with dual PC4-M10, dual Embedded Collet, or Single Slip

If you want bowden fittings on both ends of the mini extruder here are two choices. One with the 10mm PC4 fitting, one with what the mini extruder normally uses (same as E3D push in metal collars). There is also a version with no fitting on top and a single ptfe slip cavity in the bottom. This is only useful if you are mounting the extruder in direct drive and have the hotend ptfe inserted into the extruder just as a filament guide.
