M6 version of tosjduenfs adjustable z endstop for Prusa Mendel

I changed the design slightly of the adjustment knob so that it now houses an M6 nut and changed the micro switch holder to take a 20mm micro switch and also an M6 bolt.

I've also added the original micro switch holder with an M6 head.
