QU-BD One/Two-Up Custom Pulley Mod

This was designed to use a fishing line in order to reduce sag in the gantry. See PhantomOperator's design for how it works. This design also includes a place to put in a standard 608zz skate bearing to brace the top of the z-rod (requires another piece from the dedicated z-rod holder)

I don't want to put any more effort into this as I plan on doing a full rebuild soon. I uploaded the solidworks source files and step files along with the stl files so hopefully most of you will be able to edit
