WarmaHordes 3 inch 30mm ring

Another attempt at getting more accurate in Warmachine Hordes. Fairly simple make of a 30mm, actually just over to give base clearance, center with a 3 inch ring. Added a few lines to connect the two rings. This way there is no question if the ring is placed center on the model.

Im using it right now for the Mist Speaker but could easily use for Cygnar trenchers.
