Adjustable spool stand

This is largely inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:286005/#files but reworked as id have done it :p

The scad contains a module named holderSide(), it takes a single parameter outside, when set to false it will render the "male" side and when set to true the "female" side.

Locking the two halves should be done with an m4 but and bolt through the middle, the bearings (635, though any 5mm bearing will do) are held on with m5x35 bolts and buts.
