PTFE Cutting Guide Tool

I didn't like the other tools for cutting PTFE I saw, so I made my own. The clamps are not necessary but they help to hold the tube in place while you prepare to cut with a box cutter, exacto knife, or razor blade. The print is very simple and will print flat without problems. I printed this on both a flashforge creator pro and a Creality 3D Ender 3. Both came out fine. The black version was printed on the Flashforge in ABS and the white one was printed on the Ender 3 with the generic test filam
