CR-10 Extruder Cover w/ Guide and Long Shaft Extruder Knob

I liked the original cover and guide but found it didn't work in two aspects on my printer.

1) The Extruder wires wanted to ride on top of the cover.
2) The Feed Tension Lever is a different style than the one pictured.

So, I repositioned the guide to the top and cut 6mm from the shoulder for clearance of the lever. I added in the bullet shaped piece because I found the original guide useful in actuating the Tension Lever. I've also added a slot for a cable tie to keep the wires in place.
