Pen Holder, Bookmark, Checklist Box Template

I have been cleaning out a lot of old junk from the house and workshop. I found I was making an increasing number of checklists and had been using the checklist box maker https://www.thingiverse.com/make:410067 but found it did not line up with the lines in a standard (NOT college ruled) composition book. I have also been trying to find a bookmark pen holder similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1225095 that would work with the composition book.
