PacMan clock case V2.0

- Re-designed the cradle to be less snug on the clock module and the Arduino Mega

- Added screw holes and screw nut holders to the bottom and sides of the case.

- Tweaked the side panel guides so that the top cover fits better.

- New code on GitHub for a generic Retro Arcade clock
