Hamster Wheel Extruder Indicator

I found that the existing hamster wheel indicators are complicated to connect to an extruder. As a result, I've added a hole in the center the of the attachment point to allow easy attachment.
All it takes is a dab of glue on the end and stick it in. It'll probably work first try.
