The front lights for GotWay MCM4 EUC. Needed yellow diving torch for $3 from aliexpress, powerful 18650 battery and any peace of wire to fix the torch at the back side of holder.

You might remove at least one of O-ring from torch to get easier light switching.

Works very well.
