Band Saw Table Insert

This is a 2 3/4" diameter band saw table insert for one of our industrial band saws used in our school's woodshop. The original had multiple holes cut into it to allow for sawdust blow bye, however we found that these were unnecessary and provided for the weakening of the inserts as a whole. The replacement's from the manufacturer are $25 each plus shipping and tax. We are able to make these with 100% infill, ABS plastic, for approximately $0.30 each.
