16mm vial rack for Elfa Utility Board

This rack holds 19 vials or test tubes with a 16mm outside diameter and hangs from the Container Store's Elfa Utility Board (pegboard alternative).

It shouldn't be hard to replace the Elfa hooks with your preference of hook or fastener hole if you have a different kind of board to hang it from. I use mine for ink samples from Goulet Pens.
