Adjustable BL-Touch / BFPTouch sensor mount for Ender 3 and CR10 (REMIX)

Unfortunately I could not use the original holder for the BFPTouch because it is higher than the BLTouch. Therefore I extended the shaft upwards so that the holder can be placed even higher.

Works also with BLTouch !
