Smok Alien repair cover

My broken Smok Alien was useless as the screws holding the top had broken away. This also meant the trigger would fall out. I first used the pieces from Rich Ikt but then redesigned it to make a complete case that holds the device nice and tight, yet allowing access to the buttons, charging socket and battery door.
