Side mount Anycubic i3 mega

The original mount design was too thin for the weight of the extruder and there wasa problem of the carriage touching it when printing higher objects. This increase in thickness solves both those problems while preserving a print without supports (for perfect fit however, I would still put "tree support" in Cura in order to optimize printing of those tiny grips).

There is probably a more elegant way to do this than this quick and dirty modification in Tinkercad, but it simply works for me.
