Mendel alternative x-carriage using LM8UU Linear Ball Bearings

I decided to upgrade the extruder on my original Mendel. I had the original Adrian Geared Extruder on but wasn't satisfied with the print quality. So, bought a new extruder and hotend. These didn't fit on the original carriage so I needed to redesign it, specially to make the whole thing thinner so the new (shorter) hotend could reach the print bed. This is the result.
