Customizable Easy Snowflake

I wanted to create a snowflake generator which is easy to use and still produces a good variety of patterns.

The generator tries to emulate the typical "stellar dendrites" pattern. Check [this site](http://www.snowcrystals.com/guide/guide.html) if you want to learn more about snowflake shapes :)
