I was making a bunch of mostly identical minis, and I figured that I might need a way to indicate which ones were leaders without having to necessarily have a special mini for a leader for each class of enemies. I suggest making them in different colors, for if you have a group of goblins, orcs, etc, that have shamans, chiefs, or other distinguishable leadership roles with different stats.
