Dual Bowden Adapter for J-Head with Bed Leveler

This is a dual Bowden adapter for J-Head nozzles to be used on standard Prusa Mendel setups utilizing a standard x carriage. Additionally I added a mini servo mount and arm for an auto bed leveler setup.

The adapter plate was designed to hold the nozzles in place as well as house the servo. The top adapter plate fits snugly over the top of the J-Heads so once bolted down, the nozzles are very solid.
