Having the antenna below your quad arm is a big risk of having a broken antenna every time you copter lands.
This is why protection of the whole system was the key word for this design, extreme rigidity with only 3g weigh added ... and I got to say that it's working for me!
With the idea of having a longer range, being my intention to reach further limits, the antenna location needs to be as far from the carbon frame as possible, so considering this, this is my version of a mount for a "TBS
