Aqua Bound 4 Piece Kayak Paddle Storage Clip

I could not find a good solution to store my Aqua Bound 4 Piece Carbon Sting Ray Paddles, so I whipped this design together in 30min.

I used approximately 14" of 5/32" Black Marine Grade Shock Cord (aka Bungee) to hold the blade side of the paddle securely to the clip. I glued a bit of foam on the clip to pad the blade from rubbing on the clip during transportation.

4 Piece Paddle Information:
Aqua Bound Carbon paddle shaft diameter is 30mm and the paddle blade shaft diameter is 27.75mm.
