ElVa 1 Holder for e3d-v6 Hotend with 2 LEDs Lighting

It is a same thing like "ElVa 1 Hotend Holder for e3d-v6-1-75-hotend", but I integrated a lighting in hotend area. The lighting included 2 white LEDs with Ø3 mm, The LEDs send the light in point between hotend and part. It is allowed me to see printing area and 2-3 cm the square around the hotend.
Next very important change is the better holding of ventilator for cooling of filament. Now it is very stable and hasn't any more vibration.
