40mm e3d v6 Fan Duct for Fang

This is an admittedly lazy remix of both the fan mount, and the hotend clamp for Tech2C's original x-carriage mount. This makes the whole setup much more solid, but also much harder to take the whole thing apart and put back together. It still sort of snaps on, but it is held solidly in place by the clamp screws. I forgot to take a picture before putting it on so I did this lazy render. I also shortened the e3d mount because the original couldn't reach the back of the bed which you can get here
