I had to move the fan off the back as it hits my frame on the Z and X.
BLtouch Mount i remixed so I didn't have to shim the touch as seen in the pictures I have included, as well as the fan duct and mount. Everything you need to get this carriage set up (excluding the fan grills).
Supports needed for the fan duct, from the bed only, to support the part that slides into the fan its self. Print it vertically.

define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -53
define Y_PROBE
