Here is a HTC Vive head cooler made for 30x30mm fans.
This support is clipped on the Vive, so no need to hard mount it with glue or screws.

You'll need:
- two 2.5mm screws (mine are 2.5x12mm - see pictures)
- two 30x30mm 5v fans

I personally wired the fans with an USB type A cable with switch
(https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01F52E5GC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and plugged it in the Vive USB port.
