UPDATE: 10/20/2018
How to make a fang a speaker, well maybe not a speaker. It seems that little part of the tip of the fangs is slightly below or right at the nozzle tip height from the bed and when crossing some print lines it plays sounds.

So I have shaved .2 mm from the tips, if you have already printed the fang or start having the same issue then you may want to sand the tips a little.
