Basic Glasses Case

I printed out the original case for my wife and she asked if I could make it without the square temple boxen protruding from the side. I found the cube() statement at the end of the base() module and made that settable with a flag and an if statement.

Set HAS_TEMPLES to *true* if you want the square temple corner to be rendered and *false* if you don't. I also thickened upthk to 2 from 0.6, again for my own purposes.
