Thule old load bar clamp with tab

This idea came from the Roof Rack Canoe Gunwale Bracket by jtrantow. That one works with a square rack and I have the older rectangular Thule load bars. After trying unsuccessfully to remix or redesign that thing, I designed this from scratch. I HAVE NOT yet tried to print or install one so this is still all experiment!
