Please install under the spring of the extruder.
There are 3 types from 1 mm to 3 mm.
Reforcing spring pressure, it resolves the slippage of the extruder.
If the stepper is out of sync, please be careful as it is counterproductive.
I'm tested it with geeetech's MK 8 extruder.
