Ender-3 Y Axis Stepper Mount for Damper M3 Threadable

Remix of keithluneau's excellent Ender-3 Y Axis Stepper Mount for Damper.

The only thing I changed was narrowing the holes down to 3mm in the posts on the YDamper2 part. This is so I could thread M3 bolts into them. I didn't have any M3x35 screws available. This should allow you to use whatever the longest M3 screw you have. I'm using M3x25.
