cable_holder_extruder for Anycubic i 3D Mega

The cables to the hotend are only clamped between extruder and stepper motor.
after some time this can slip out and is then no longer guided.
The cable holder was mounted under the extruder with its fixing screws.
The cable can be inserted into the guide and fixed with a cable tie.
