Doing a full Palette+/CR-10 integration and I needed this part to lock my shortened and spliced Palette tube to the chassis of my CR-10. Used in conjunction with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2418632 by Skulker, where I outline some of my plans in their comments.
If you plan on following this idea, to splice the PTFE tube, you just need a flexi straw. In my experience, it fits the outer diameter of the Palette's PTFE perfectly. You could also probably use some really thick heat shrink.
