official prusa mmu2 filament holder base reworked

As I did not have enougth space to put the spool holders in the back of my printer, I put then above. But then I had to adapt the mmu2-s-holder-base given in the kit to fit my need.

So mmu2-s-holder-base_rework2.stl basically replace mmu2-s-holder-base.stl : it's compatible with the other official parts which are screwed on it.

And i also made a tube to pass through the wood : it is made for a 6mm hole in the wood, one can put a pfte tube inside (that's how i use it) and its length is adap
