TMD PTHR1-GPCR model

The transmembrane domain region of the human PTHR1 was modeled (Tom Gardella) using Swiss-Model and the PDB coordinate file 4k5y of the CRFR1 as a template. The output file was rendered (GratefulFrog) using Pymol and meshlab.
