Jumper T8SG Lite Gimbal Friction Fix

Originally Jumper T8SG Lite transmitter has a design problem that cause friction in gimbal domes resulting in gimbal sticks to stay at the last position without centering.

This part goes between the gimbal pcb's and the risers that hold those gimbals in place.
Using this part will move the gimbal assembly 0.9mm deep into the case of the transmitter and allow enough room for gimbals to move without friction.
