Rod clamp for ReprapDiscount mechanical endstop

Rod clamp for ReprapDiscount mechanical endstop. Does what it says, says what it does. Will hold one of the ReprapDiscount mechanical endstops to a standard 8mm rod, smooth or threaded.

It works fine using the switch itself against the rod, but if you need to flip it the other way, now this file includes a spacer to keep the PCB's contacts from shorting on the rod.
