spinner dial

A random spinner made for a board game my son was making for a school project. he wanted a weather theme, so a 12 position dial with the numbers 1-8 and emblems for Sunny, Snowy, Rain, and Wind are included. acknowledgment of ignoblegnome, as i used his weather dice for the weather stamps.
