Another cable holder, this is for running power cables along wood decks with spaces between the planks (~1/2" /14mm or less) at this scale. Height is 1.5"/ 39mm.
The spring tension and barbs should lock it in from the underside of deck as well.
I have done a few variations on this for sidewalk joints also, with EV power wires in mind.
