Makibox Direct Drive Mechanism (Improved)

This is a direct drive adaptation and improvement to the Makibox A6 Feed System. It utilizes an improved an non-dulling hobbed gear which is attached to a new Nema 17 motor (not the one with the brass adapter that comes with the Makibox A6). This drive is a remix/redesign of the Makerbot "Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Block" mechanism specifically for the application of an improved Makibox "Zen Drive" system.
