Adjustable Spool Holder v2

The first version I made will likely work for 90% of filament rolls out there. I created this because I got some small rolls from M3D In a filament "Mystery Box". These rolls are very thin, requiring the two cones to mate to each other without space in between, and a slope greater than the 45 degrees in the previous design.

These parts are harder to print because of the steeper overhang angle, but still should be do-able without supports.
